To maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure our clinical-grade nutritional products reach you in optimal condition, we enforce a strict shipping and handling protocol. Please review the exact terms of our delivery operations below.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Standard Processing: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.

Operating Days: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday, or during national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Quality Check: Before dispatch, every batch of our ready-to-mix and spice products undergoes a final packaging integrity check to ensure zero contamination.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Zones
We currently ship nationwide across India using verified, premium logistics partners.

Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹500.

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders valued at ₹500 or above.

Note: Shipping rates are calculated on the final checkout value after any discounts or promo codes have been applied.
3. Estimated Transit Times
While our instant meals require zero prep time, physical logistics require realistic timelines. Delivery speeds depend on your pin code:

Metro Cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 2 to 3 business days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Remote Locations & North East India: 5 to 7 business days.
Unforeseen delays due to extreme weather conditions, strikes, or regional logistical disruptions will be communicated immediately via your registered contact details.
4. Tracking Your Order
Complete transparency is a core brand pillar. The moment your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to activate on the courier's tracking portal.
5. Packaging Integrity & Receiving Your Order
Because we deal in consumable goods—specifically high-fibre, zero-preservative functional foods—packaging integrity is non-negotiable.

Our products are sealed in airtight packaging to prevent moisture and degradation.

Customer Responsibility: If a parcel arrives with visible severe damage, or if the internal product seal appears punctured or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

Reject the package from the courier and immediately notify our support team with photographic evidence so we can dispatch a replacement without delay.
6. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times.

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, an unreachable phone number, or failure to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In the event of an RTO on a prepaid order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the exact forward and return shipping costs incurred by the logistics provider.
