These terms govern the use of thesmaarthome.in and purchases from The Smart Home. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed on the website.
Nothing in these terms limits customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and delivery information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Products and food information
We aim to display product names, pack sizes, ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, preparation instructions, prices and images accurately.
Product packaging may be updated occasionally. Always read the physical product label before preparation or consumption. If the website and current packaging differ, contact us before using the product.
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, medical conditions or medication concerns should review the label and obtain professional advice when appropriate.

3. Prices, GST and payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
An order is confirmed only after the required payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued.
4. Order acceptance and cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, technical errors or an ineligible delivery address.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Customer-requested cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery
Delivery is currently limited to eligible Hyderabad addresses located approximately within 40 km of our Ramachandrapuram dispatch location.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds
Food products are generally not returnable after delivery for a change of mind.
Damaged, tampered, incorrect, missing, expired or otherwise non-conforming products will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, photographs, graphics, logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Smart Home.
They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-party services
The website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and technology services.
These providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. Purchases from this store are made with The Smart Home and not with Shopify.
10. Website availability and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
To the extent permitted by law, The Smart Home is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website interruption or misuse.
We remain responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
